Sunday Dinner
« on: July 24, 2005, 03:26:14 pm »

I cooked sunday dinner today for me and my Mum.  She has just come out of hospital after a carpal tunnel operation.

I did smoked gammon steak with new potatoes, broad beans, broccoli and warm pineapple chunks.  The whole thing was topped off with a mild chive sauce.

Sticky toffee pudding and custard for afters

bounty you are such a good son looking after your mum. I'm sure she will be feeling a lot better after that lovely meal. Have you done her ironing yet?

I am decorating and so only managed to stop for a pot noodle.

They sound nice. Are they like fish fingers but full of vegetables instead of fish?

Hey, Roxy, where have you been? I missed you. You haven't seen Paulham have you? He's gone missing too.
