FOR LUNCH TODAY, I HAD......

A sandwich. Triple decker, on granary bread, containing honey roast ham, olive oil mayo, french brie, cranberry sauce, and honey roast cashew nuts.  The middle slice of bread was toasted.

It was lovely thanks, I'm not keen on banana sandwiches, although I love bananas.

I had my favourite M & S sandwich - Wensleydale, caramelised carrot chutney and rocket (I think that's right!)

Weightwatchers toffee yogurt, banana and a raisin and hazelnut fruesli bar. I was so stuffed I had to lie down.

Its really nice lou. I was unsure as to if I would like it but in my
opinion its the best flavour they do. And theres is no 'bits' in this
one, for those who don't like yogurt with the bits of fruit in.
