On a bottle of Heinz tomato ketchup it says you get 120g of tomatoes to 100g of sauce.  How id that possible?

I think you will find its the concentrate. Have you ever made half a pint of sauce and then 'reduced' it to instensify the flavour? I think that's what they mean.
