Well. to me, proper chocolate only has three ingredients:
Cocoa Mass
Cocoa Butter
Sugar
I'm a massive fan of dark chocolate, even up to the 100% stuff. I do like milk chocolate, but only when it has a decent amount of cocoa in it and not so much sugar.
I am on a one person crusade against 'crap' chocolate, stuff that's full of junk like vegetable fat, palm fat and all kinds of other nasties that shouldn't even be in chocolate. I also hate the way the British chocolate industry, that was once so majestic, is now owned by faceless multinationals who couldn't give a toss about the product; it all comes down to shareholders and empire building to them and I won't spend my own money on anything owned by Kraft and Nestle.
That is why I am a bit of a snob and tend to support smaller chocolate manufacturers
