Paul A. Young

This is Paul A. Young's version of the traditional Millionaire's Shortbread. Or, should that say improvement? Instead of traditional shortbread, he's substituted chocolate shortbread. On top of that is salted caramel, covered with a slice of dark Valrhona chocolate. It smells amazing! I cut one in half and things got a bit squidgy!

You cannot eat one of these things without getting into a bit of a mess. The first thing you notice is the salted caramel, which is one of the best I've ever tasted! This gives way to the dark chocolateyness that compliments the caramel flavour; it's an amazing combination. Of course, this comes at a price and it's not cheap at £3.95, but it's highly recommended all the same and worthy of the Billionaire in the title!.

It's simply the best Billionaire's Shortbread ever and deserves nothing less than 8/10

I tend to prefer proper solid chocolate, but I must admit that this sounds good. I've never tried Paul A. Young's stuff.
