We have had even more snow since yesterday afternoon and over night. It started about 4pm and kept going, on and off, all night. It's a real pain because, although I live 15 minutes walk away from work, it's a pretty dangerous walk, with poor pavements and grass verges. Worse than that though, our city is quite isolated and just a mile out of town the roads are narrow and high above the fields. Each side of the road are deep dikes and travelling is just so dangerous. The college buses, which bring students in from outlying villages and towns, just won't risk the journey. It's exam week too!
However, I don't work on Fridays so I'm going to stay in and do my housework!
