Another email is going out!

Dear Sir    FAO Operations Manager

I wish to highlight to you the on going mishaps for the past two weeks, and the complete failures and devious lies from you so called Customer service personnel are doing in your head off in Bradford.

I wish to highlight to you this issues has me very unhappy and angry.

On the 18th August I phone the customer service helpline to get help found out the name of song played on your in store music system.  There take my name address and I give them ALL the details song played at 16.45 Tuesday the 18th August.

Simple thought there would help me, turns out there didn’t and did not pass on the details I dare say put it in the bin because there is no recorded of this.

Q: why did there lie?
Q: why did there not give me a ref number?
Q: why could there not pass this on the correct person?

When I phone up 3 days later and some how spoke with a gentlemen called Mark Ridgeway, media department (he is one of the only people I would praise in your head office!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Explained what I was looking for, this was the first hints that’s Customer services did not bother there back side. It turns out the window of opportunity had been mist, it seems the systems Morrison operate with Mood music is the play list are only kept for 24 hours, BUT WAIT, I give this company Good faith with 23 hours spare to get hold of the information.

Following Tuesday I spoke with the Customer services manager to highlight the so called customers services people, on the phones, some how went looking for the song aswell but come back with same answer.    I have since then email her back wishing to make a Full blown complaint, Maybe my email was a tad strong with words like
Devious
Bone idol
Chicken flapping hen house for a call central

But I stand by my points because I did everything right, its not my fault, it al because some lazy person in your so called customer services did not want to help, and I put my faith in them, and what have I been reward with?  Sod all!

I make this VERY clear I will never put my faith in Morrison’s every again.

But it gets worse!

I have email mood music, to enquire about the actually database song used for your playlist, I was actually told by a  member of  there staff, and I HAVE THIS IN WRITTEN, al I had to do was get you permission to get hold of it.

Turns out I can not and once again junior member of staff lied to me again, wonderful!
There stuff about EU regulations and it’s commercially sensitive.  As its there creative intellectual property and is our unique selling point to our clients

So after contacting some again in Morrison and cause more problems I get an email back from mood music, and it not did state anywhere in this email that the original member of staff was wrong and made a mistake.  It did say how EU regulations or Commercially etc, but I do know well that company did tell the whole truth and that why I went ahead for asking for permission, this is done all the time.

I still wish to make it very CLEAR Im not happy with Morrison’s

* I have been lied to
* I have been given false hope
* You Customer service department at not good and are devious ( I stand by all my points about them! )
* I have yet to have proper explanations as to why my original phone call was never delt with in the proper manner
* When it comes to Mood music I can’t believe SUCH A SIMPLE mistake has been done give me more false hope.

That database was my last chance to found out the name of the sang, of course it would mean I have would have to rack though it to found it.  It may have taken a while but I would have found it.

The basis line is I should have this information, no ifs no buts, but I don’t! Back in the 20th of August.  But the amount of errors is getting beyond a joke and don’t worry I have made it very clear to many people I know what it going in on!”

I doubt I will ever see that database, and I have faith in morrsion!

Your sincerely
