Sid Owen and Patsy Palmer are to return to Eastenders as Ricky and Bianca Butcher, reports confirm this week.

 

Palmer, who played Bianca from 1993 to 1999 before returning for a spin-off special in 2002, confirmed she would return as Bianca earlier this week. While a spokesperson for Eastenders said Owen would NOT be returning, just 24 hours later it was announced he would also be rejoining the show after a break of three years.

 

Early reports state that Bianca will return with several children in tow, all by different fathers, much in the mould of her mother Carol. Ricky meanwhile will be dong much better for himself, and returns with a beautiful WAG-style fiancee.

this still doesn't make me want to start watching Eastenders again. only another Dirty Den resurrection can do that.

I remember my mother trying to convince my sister and I that Patsy Palmer was attractive. She failed.
