I meant to start the "who got shot in eastenders" thread last night but forgot and so now we know it was Jane I think we should play "will she live or will she die?"

I reckon she lives but will be told she has lost her unborn child (assuming she was pregnant).

I don't know how many more people can get shot in this programme.  The script writers seem to think just because it's east London, everyone goes round acting like the Kray brothers.

I hope she lives. I just can't stand the thought of Ian having to woo yet another woman to mother his children.
Old but spicey!

I never thought of it that way. Is there any women left who would go near Ian?

At least the storylines have been fairly interesting lately - I've bothered to watch more than once a fortnight!

Don't read on if you don't like spoilers...

Jane survives, but apparently gets some 'devastating news' - which I think will be that she won't be able to have children, so Lou's prediction would be pretty accurate.

Last night's episode was embarrassingly awful. Friday was so good, but the debacle that followed completed negated that. What was that stupid doctor all about? No doctor would speak to the relative of someone who'd just been shot like that in a million years! And as for the Wizard of Oz stuff, what was the writer smoking when he dreamt that up?

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Having just watched last night's episode I couldn't agree more.  The Oz stuff was presumably meant to be very deep and meaningful but it passed me by.

Melissa Suffield needs a good spanking!

MOD EDIT: Less talk of spanking 14 year-old girls please...
