My mum and Gran Went to the Nice Town Of Falkirk the other for Shopping Wel any thing better that the FIFE

and there visited a sweet shop and brought a tone of old type sweets

We used to get a lot of posts about Chelsea Whoopers on the old forum. I've never come across them myself but apparently they were chewey chocolate flavour sticks with a cocoa dusting. They were very popular in the 1980s I think.
 

The potato things I can't comment on. Weren't they chocolate rocks or something in a cloth sack?
