Going back to the flake
If I make a trifle it just has to have a flake crumbled over the cream on top.
Do they still make the dipped ones ?

I think so. I don't see the point of them though - isn't it just a Twirl?

Very true. But didn't the dipped flake come before the Twirl ?
I like Twirl cos you get 2 fingers, the dipped is one big one but not as big as a Flake. I'm drooling now

Twirl pre-dates Flake Dipped by 15 years.

There was a dipped flake before the Twirl, it had a name of it's own and I can't remember it.

I love the dipped flake almost as much as the dark chocolate one - my partner's got an unusual way of eating flakes but nothing I could repeat on an open forum

Well, you want to watch that one as you might get a nasty surprise and find that you've passed the end of the chocolate.
