I suspect that Nestles are attempting to flood the market with varied chocolates to strengthen their brand.  Probably not winning the 'Have a Break'  argument will dent their ambitions somewhat.  it seems to me that they suffer from insecurity.

Lets face it how can they hope to top Dairy Milk?  It's far more of a household name than most of the Nestle stuff and we don't see Cadbury's shoving it down our throats every five minutes.

Three cheers for Cadbury's and long live the Mars bar even if Mars are weird.

Their strategy works though as I've eaten more of their products over
the last year or so than any other. I loved their white Smarties and
the new Xploding Smarties bar plus Milkybar bites, not to mention
Caramel Aero.

I like Cadbury Dairy Milk but it is getting a little bit dull...plus
their 'new' products over the last year were not that impressive IMO.

I agree! They are bringing out products to suit all ages. The milky bar bites and snow fall for the little ones, xploding smartie bars and white smarties for the teenage age group and the nestle blue bars and rolo irish cream for the older ones. And if you're like me, a big kid at heart, I like love them all!

Also it's very exciting because you don't know what sort of product they will bring out next.
