New Zealand authorities have blocked a couple's bid to officially name their new son "4real," saying numerals are not allowed.LOL

My husband tells me that in France you have to pick a child's name from an approved list and if it isn't on the list you can't use it!

I noticed sometimes people have apostrophes in their names but I have never seen anyone with a number as a part of their name.

Actually, some people have had numbers as a name back in history but they were presented as words. I know an example where an eighth child of a family, who happened to be a girl, was called Octavia because the 'oct' bit means eight. (October used to be the eighth month of the year). It sounds much nicer than 4real though, don't you think?

There was a character called Six in 'Blossom' and one called Seven in 'Married with Children'.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

I have a friend called Septina and everyone called her Tina until her wedding day when it came out and now we call her Seppy.
