Right, I've got three days off and we've been working in the garden every weekend landscaping one side and repairing storm damage caused in the winter to the other side. This weekend we palnned the nice finishing touches - bedding plants, trimming etc. What does the weather do? Rain and rain and rain and rain and........

So, we're clearing out the study instead.  Anyone idea what we can do with 1989 copies of History Today and a stack of Animals of Farthingwood mags?

Add them to the huge pile of ancient cross stitch and patchwork mags my mum has for burning and help the fire along splendidly?

Well host the fire and the white wine if anyone cares to bring magazines for burning and perhaps some marshmallows?? Big%20smile

I might try Ebay for the Farthingwood mags as they are a complete set of 10 from 1-10 - the first printed so may have some value.

I went away for the long weekend to Bristol. We had heavy rain on Sunday but the other days were nice.

Oldspice, if you can't sell the magazines at least they could be recycled. The History Today ones remind me of a Mary Whitehouse Experience / Newman and Baddiel sketch ... "that's you that is" LOL
