Help, what are fizz bombs and can you still buy them anywhere?
My mum loved them and I would love to be able to get her some as a surprise.
Can anyone help me or are they gone forever?

They were like a round boiled sweet that had a rough sugary fizzy coating and they took forever to melt away. I think thats them anyway. I bet you can get them in the old fashioned sweet shops where you can buy things in quarters still!

There's a website called
www.hellosweetie.com
(or it could be co.uk) that may help - or
www.aquarterof.co.uk
.

Oh thanks very much smurfboy.
I found some on the hello sweetie site (and it is co.uk LOL). Pretty good price too.
I have to say they don't look all that great to me but I'll get her some anyway I think and see if they taste the same as she remembers.
Thanks again.
