Very true and the best part is according to a recent clinical study, sex is good exercise. I wonder how much it took to persuade people to take part in that particular study?


Good grief 623 if you do all that you won't get a six pack you'll get a hospital bed, a nurse and a course of physiotherapy.

well its also say I do one of each work out every 3 days - only about 3 x 10 repeats so I wont be able to over do meself
