When I was small, my greatest joy was my stocking stuffed with little treats you didn't get all year round (new pencils, a drawing book, sweets and tiny oranges). Then i looked forward to the stuffing with the Christmas dinner!

The 'big' presents on the end of my bed were usually new slippers, dressing gown and a new toy. One year it was roller skates. 'Jacko' skates. they kept me going until I was about 16!

Old but spicey!

The trouble is kids don't even know why we celebrate Christmas and all they are interested in is expensive gifts.

Have you seen the TV advert for Argos, oh it makes me so angry. It's done like a fairy tale, only the Dad is making his son "the happiest boy" by buying him a £100 Scalextric set

Selection boxes usually had a 'spinner' you had to cut out and put a matchstick through, only they didn't work particularly well

Yeah then he goes to the pub, comes back drunk and stands on it.

The one that annoys me is the one where the boy gets the Ipod and the man gets the Peter Kay book
