I gave a huge cheer when the Macdonalds sang the Proclaimers song; I have been waiting for them to sing something from the Proclaimers since the start of the series!

I remember you saying that; I thought of you when I heard it  Mind you, if a Scottish duo couldn't get a good reaction singing that they shouldn't be in the contest!

I wanted Ray to go tonight. How pathetic a young kid like that singing My Way.

I thought the result was fair. The McDonalds are Ok but boring. When they sang Sang-a-lang I could hear the nails being driven into their coffins.

Ray, although a bit cheesy, is a terrific little singer. He looks like one of those teenage singers from 1950s America like Bobby Vee or Bobby Vinton. Again, he is not very original.

Leona has a superb voice and I am sure she will win. She is totally what the public love. For me she is not original enough but I think she has a wonderful voice.

Ben is my favourite. I would pay to see him. (I would pay to sleep with him too  ) but I didn't say that did I????

Old but spicey!

And you a respectable teacher!

Did I mention I've been told I look like Ben?  (I don't of course - people just tend to tell me I look like anyone with long hair.)

I am a bit ashamed! But he is a bit fit, even if he is far too young for me. I bet Sharon thinks so too. She is a shameless flirt around guys like Ben!

Not that I know of.

I was told by an old woman in the supermarkets a few weeks back that I 'look just like that Russell Hobbs off the telly'. I didn't have the heart to tell her that was a kettle
