He played Andy O'Brien in the original cast of Eastenders - and was the first character to be killed off. Then he played Peter Odell in High Road, and later Mr Morgan in Hollyoaks.

I seen a pic of him a while back after his chemo with no hair. To be honest I thought he died last year.
