thanks, i will have to go on a starbar hunt, though don't fancy one today, too hot. Wonder what a Starbar ice cream would taste like? Ooh coconut boost ice cream would be good!

How can peanut Boosts be Starbars when I can remember Starbars from my childhood. (early to mid eighties) or am I missing the point somewhere?

I think they got rid of starbars and then brought them back to life a couple of years ago. I remember trying one when they brought them back but it was nothing like I remembered from when I was a kid.

i had a star bar on friday, it was first one i had had for about 20yrs , was not nearly as nice as i remember them being

The original boosts were indeed coconut and came in a red wrapper. Then there were biscuit boosts which had blue wrapper and peanut which had a brown one. The biscuit boost is now just a boost. The coconut one disappeared and the peanut one reverted back to a star bar, which it already had been in the seventies and early eighties
