oh I see. So you found the bee, complained and then the hamper was an apology. That's nice of them considering they could have merely ignored you.

We had a few problems with the AA once and they sent us a hamper as a way of an apology.

Choc chick I took the yogurts back the other night and they gave me 2 bags of bread, cheeses, cream cakes and a nice tin of biscuits.I gave the cakes to my friend but kept the rest.

I bought a chocolate bar yesterday that had a sell by date of Dec 15th 2004... wish I'd kept the receipt, but i tend not to do when a buy a bar of chocolate.
