One in five single men do not tell anyone about their health problems, according to a survey.
Research published by medical insurer PruHealth found that while 7% of men keep their health fears to themselves, the figure almost triples to 20% among those not in a relationship.
The survey conducted by pollsters YouGov found that 57% of men would talk to their partner about medical problems - a figure which rises to 75% for those co-habiting.
