Love it or hate it?


I had a Waitrose asparagus and cheese tart for lunch and it was beautiful.


I love cream of asparagus soup too.

I love asparagus. As Spicy said, it can be difficult to cook - you have to time it just right - but it's worth it. Expensive though! Definitely one for BOGOFs!

I love it.  I boil it with a tad of salt for about three minutes.  Two minutes is too little four is too much.
