i'm searching for the theme tunes to the old 1980's Kia Ora advert ("too orangey for crows, just for me and my dog...") and the Smiths crisp potato song from the same era ("we want to be... smiths crisps...")

anyone got them on mp3, or have any idea to a website link? cheers...

Wasn't it a little girl walking along and there was various animals following her? I must have been about 5 when that was on!

Do you remember the Um bongo ads as well?

Buy a copy of 'Bobby's Girl' by Susan Maughan and turn it down when she sings 'Bobby's Girl' and shout 'Smi..ith's crisps'...
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Good God, Bobby's Girl takes me back! There was a little boy next-door-but-one whose sister was friendly with my sister and whose mum was friendly with my mum. David and I were sweethearts. (We were four). The grown-ups used to sing at me "She wants to be David's Girl" as Bobby's Girl was high in the charts. It makes me blush to think of it! We continued being sweethearts until I fell in love with Christopher Finch at the grand old age of 7.

Sadly, David died in a moped accident when he was 16. I still think about him often so - thanks for the sweetest memories David. x

Old but spicey!
