I don't think it's just vanity.I think it's some kind of mental illness to choose to distort your face, and then convince yourself it is beautiful. On top of that to pay good money for it... and lots at that!

It breaks your heart to see how beautiful Michael Jackson was when a teenager and what he looks like now. if money and fame can do that for yoy, pass me the cardboard box.

Yes, he's got other issues though.  I'm not sure if he is a paedo or not but he certainly seems screwed up.

Didn't he say he had got some disease that bleaches his skin?  Also apparently he got burnt in a pepsi advert.  But how does he explain his nose?

Jackie Stallone looks grotesque. Look how pretty our Queen still is at 80 years old. I bet she sticks to a decent diet and a good face cream. That's it.

And she probably doesn't lie in the sun for hours (can't see her in Sandringham gardens in a bikini can you?) My grandmothers are both 85, but one has almost perfect skin because she never sunbathed or smoked. The other did both and is covered in wrinkles and varicose veins.

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?
