I have spoken to reasonable people in call centres, I know some of you are out there Strolling!

However, after a particularly bad experience with a mortgage application a couple of years back, I can confirm none of them work for Northern Rock!

one day I got a phoen cal to get a 3 g phoen but he was in a call centre in indi so I had some fun

I have found some lovely people when I've rang call centres but 9/10 times I get the awkard unhelpful one.

Yes, I think you'll find the new version is working better now since they upgraded the feege to a Somao.
