There old Chinese proverb which say:

He who makes the chocolate in the night will eat it in the forest.

If it's a black one it will be a piece of cake.

Yes , As a developping market for chocolate, China is still growing for stronger, but i am sure that, with advantaged experience and technology fro some chocolate leading country, China will  soon grow up. Do not foget that China is going to be the greatest chocolate market in the world.

I have heard that if you would like to know about the china chocolate market, you are suggested to go to the China Chocolate Peak 2007, in Canton,China.

Thanks oldspice.

You mean that you are going to China soon?for the summit? the summit is on on Aug 21th to 23th, 2007, in China Hotel, Canton,China.

Obviously, this topic is from a chinese chocolate company to ad.its chocolate, and i would like to say sorry it does trouble you all for our chinese chocolate manufacturer.

Though it is impossible to make the chinese chocolate and the UK chocolate at the same level now, i am sure that, as the most huge market, with so much advantaged experience brought by international chocolate corporation, China will soon have developed its chinese characteristic chocolate. For example, le Cont, one of the greatest chocolate brand in China, have a taste, my friends.

If my word offends you, i apology.
