does anyone remember these eggs that were out in the early 90s....they were creme egg sized, with(i think) a cream coloured foil wrapper. When you unwrapped it the egg would spilt in two halves top to bottom. Each half was thickly coated in white chocolate with a firm dark chocolate truffle filling. I have no idea what they were called but i think it might have been a really short name like Duo or something.

No, definitely Le Deux. I used to love them. I had a giant Easter egg version of it too, maybe ten years ago.

not the galaxy truffle eggs. Le Deux it could well have been.

That was a quote I found after doing a Google on 'Le Deux' so Galaxy Truffle eggs definitely existed and were a bit similar. From what I remember though, GT eggs were milk chocolate but Le Deux eggs were thick white choc with milk choc truffle stuff inside. I want one now!

galaxy truffle eggs werent very nice. Well they were galaxy chocolate, what do you expect.
