Choch Admin; can you see everyone ISP?

I have to ask can you see everyone ISP address even if there not marking a post or logged in?

Hmm, not quite sure what you're asking. I can see the IP's used when users post messages, and the IP a user registered from. In theory (by looking at log files) I can see IP's of all visitors, I could then cross-match that to an individual users activity (but that'd be a pain).
Of course IP then has to be converted into ISP.
Any reason why?

Thanks for replying,  Im just wondering, someone say you can outsmart forums, that why trolls happen

But what your saying if I First log in from say Derbyshire, then I log in again but form Say edinburgh, but not post you can actually tell this?

um, whilst you could identify roughly where people log in from that assumes they're not using a proxy. If you use a proxy service then your real IP is obscured and some of those services let you select where in the world you'd like to appear to be coming from - it's how you get to watch Hulu in this country if you're so inclined.
