Yes!!!

Wonderful isn't it? Many years ago - I used to date a Jewish boy and he had an aunt with a moustache and a grandma who offered well-intentioned but bizarre solutions to problems (does he want a banana do you think??). It takes me back over thirty years!

I was going to start a thread on this myself - I think it's hilarious (and I've just realised I completely forgot to tape it last night, assuming it was on with the bank holiday). The casting is spot-on, and having worked for a Jewish-run company, the characters are very recognisable to me.

My mother, bless her, asked after last week's episode 'So is Simon Amstell really gay or is it just for the program?' :D

have you seen any footage of him appearing on tv as a kid? he was VERY punchable back then.

I really hope so.

Oldspice, have you ever seen 'Getting On' with Jo Brand. I think you'd enjoy it if you like this.

No Smurfy - I haven't seen a whole episode - just trailers. I think it might be on a bit late for me - isn't it on after the news?

I think it was on at 10pm (the sitcom before Newsnight slot).
