A poem for spring

Sweet bloom of spring

Sweet blossom of spring, you will soon be in full bloom,
The morning dew - fine droplets, enhances your perfume;

Your petals, so delicate and pink - let me know your scent,
Each a beautiful, lissom lip, a source of joy, not lament;

Let me taste your nectar, don’t keep your secret hidden,
I have to take you, love you, do what nature’s bidden.

It's beautiful Bounty. Thank you for that reminder that spring is about to open her sleepy eyes.
Old but spicey!

Ooh, I could try some bad goth/spring poetry!

The sun arises, bright in yonder sky
Large and round, I think of Pi
But, the pain
God, the constant pain
Phantasmagorical
Not logical, not logical
I die
Urk!

That'll go down well at the next Slam!

Flowers, birds and trees in bloom
I can see them from my tomb
Flying, reaching, way up high
Until they reach the end and die

Now that's a proper slice of bad goth/spring poetry! :)

A Zombie In The Springtime
By Drterror666

The sky is blue, but I feel grey
Why can't I touch
This bright Spring day
All I feel is eternal pain
And a burning need for people's brains
BRAINS!!!!!!!

I'm on a roll here!
