Fiery Jamaican Hot Chocolate

OK, depending on how you make this it will be like lava down the back of your throat! You will need:

30g grated chilli chocolate (Montezuma's Chocolate For Drinking No.2 is extremely good, Hotel Chocolat's Aztec Chilli is OK for wimps!)
150ml full fat milk (semi-skimmed if you're on a diet)
25ml spiced rum (Papagayo Organic Fairtrade Spiced Rum is my favourite!)

The easy bit: Add the rum to the mug. Heat up the milk in a pan until it's quite hot, not boiling, and then add the chocolate. Stir until it has melted and then pour it into the mug. Give it a stir and enjoy! You can add 50ml of rum if you're in the mood to

Glad you like it. I'm definitely a rum kind of guy, although I do have some expensive cognac as well.
