Top Fine fresh chocolates

I thought it could be useful to comply a list of handmade chocolate companies.

Right. the rules are:

It cant be a brand you can buy at the supermarket (cause then it wouldnt be fresh would it?)

It has to be handmade with fresh ingredients.

I think the key word here is Fresh!

So..  who would like to start? (I will have a hunt around first! hehe)

I've bought from Hotel Chocolat - expensive, but worth it for a treat.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Good old holiday!

Went to South America for holiday and tried the most amazing chocolate... ho my god was it good! Had an amazing 70% cocao Gran Cru (or something like that!) that was devine for those who like bitter chocolate!!

So adding that to my list....  shame I cant pronounce it or write it!
