5.99 from Amazon, bit less from Asda. Don't buy it from ebay, they're asking 19.99 for the 1st edition! It's obviously not actually a new book at all but I've never seen it and apparently this version is updated.goldencup2008-03-24 22:45:43

I've just been reading the original edition of this book and it's quite interesting but has a few glaring omissions - such as Golden Cup!
