A grey squirrel had to be rescued from a bird feeder as it had gorged on so many nuts it could not squeeze back out through the bars.

A resident in Christchurch, Dorset alerted the RSPCA after finding it stuck in the peanut-filled feeder.

This story was in my local paper. We seem to be overrun with squirrels this year - everywhere I drive I have to keep avoiding them.

There's a lot of foxes near where i live but haven't seen a squirrel yet.

Up until a few years ago (about 3) i didn't think we got squirrels in this country and thought we could only see them in the zoo.

We have loads of squirrels in the cemetery across the road. My husband says he sees loads of urban foxes in London when he's driving around at night.
