Surely the whole point of acting is that you're pretending to be someone else?
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Isn't there a lad from Cornwall who plays Billy Elliot too?

I couldn't resist watching the film of Billy Elliot on Sunday night and it was as brilliant as I remember. What a sound track!

I have been on holiday in London and saw Stomp whilst there. Has anyone else seen it? It was so utterly different to anything I have seen on stage before. It was absolutley wonderful!
Old but spicey!

Yes I've seen Stomp - I loved it but it took quite a while for my ears to recover!

GC was there any northern people in Billy Elliot?

All the original Billies had to come from the north of England but now they have one who is Irish and one American!  The one we saw was from Manchester and he was absolutely brilliant (and black, incidentally).

Well that's where they went wrong cos the film was based around the miners strike in the north east village of Easington and everyone knows there are no black people living there.LOL
