Are we seeing a new phrase entering the language?  To receive a 623.  To be awarded merit for not doing very much at all.  As in 'Well done Oldspice for turning over the page of your book - you deserve a 623 for that!'

Or 'Smurfboy, have a 623 for throwing away your Mars wrapper'.
