I might be wrong, but I think there was a bit of a fuss a few years back because deaf people don't get the same discount as blind people.

yesa both Deaf and blind peopel get didcounts,

and House bound / over get FREE ones!

so if there 6 pppl in a house and only one falls in to the above freebis then you all beneafit
