I'm away while my net conenction is off. I'm at the library at the moment. Having to find a new provider as Demon are rubbish and their customer service is appalling.

Don't bother with AOL, they are just as bad. I only stick with them because I can't be arsed to send everyone I know a new e-mail address.

Don't even consider Talk Talk the waiting list is a mile long... we should have been switched over in May but they are being donkey's bottoms about it all

I'm in exactly the same position Smurfy! Plus they are one of the few providers when you have an NTL phone line and NTL themselves are even worse for the internet. A friend of mine cancelled her contract with them because they lost her connection for four months. Now they've put a block on her line so she can't have any other provider.
