Where I live the local shops and pubs are putting bowls of water outside for the dogs but when I went to Sunderland I seen none of this. Are the shops/ pubs where you live putting water out for the dogs?

Our local shops do not have running water. Dogs are not encouraged in the city centre.

Dogs are not allowed in Sunderland city centre as the main shopping centre is all undercover.
