but then others won't know what I'm on about and think me mad.

I've just ordered another case as I'm running out.  Boo.

Hello Easterbunny..if you have a cooler big enough use it instead of a fridge..you can make the likes of Chili..or Mince (for rolls)ahead of time and freeze them..they come in handy for keeping other things cool like your Chocolate etc..and will slowly thaw out until your ready to heat them up at night to eat round the campfire..another goody for the campfire is..toasted Marshmallows and Chocolate sandwiched between 2 Digestives..

Cheers Freddie, chili and mince sounds a bit more ambitious than anything I'm planning, I think it will just be bbq and salad every night and beans for breakfast

The choc/marshmallow sandwiches sound good!

I am now starting to worry about the weather as we had an almighty storm earlier.

It's OK. Just don't clutch the tent pole during a storm.

I'm back and survived the rain.  I managed a week with only cooking twice, luckily we were near all 3 major supermarkets, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, all you can eat Chinese buffet despite being on a farm with horses and everything.  The scrumpy was a bargain and I would thourouhly recommend the site if anyone is thinking of camping in taunton.
