Oh for f**k's sake. That's the point of the thread. If we do it and get all our friends and their friends to switch on at the same time it will scupper the poll.

I understand that for God's sake. What I DON'T understand is why I would want to do it! Or why anyone else would want to do it! I am struggling to think of anything that matters to me less than the results of a TV viewing poll. This has to be singly the most useless use of thirty seconds and a kettle full of water I can think of.
