I do. Wasn't it a 'safety on the beach' information film by the coast guard?

Why is it that public information films seemed to be aired so late at night? Surely the the people that they are aimed at are tucked up in bed resting after a busy day maning a bar b q in a tinder dry forest or windsurfing during the highest tide of the century in a force 15 gale!

It's funny because the other day when someone mentioned those Charlie info films on here I thought about Joe and Petunia. Why can't we have those back and why is the Green Cross Code man never on tv.

I remember one about horse-riders on public roads.

The 'He's waving Petunia' films weren't just about coastguards, one was about not dropping litter in the countryside and an irate farmer.

What about 'Dont dazzle dip your headlights.'
