Own up anyone who has silk or dried flower arrangements in their homes. I hate them.

My mother used to be mad on dried flowers, but to be fair this was the eighties when they were very much in vogue. She also had a houseful of Victoriana in those days. It's all been consigned to boxes in the garage now.

Well I didn't say that I liked them! It's just that I can't have fresh flowers in the house. Anyway it's made me have a good look at them and I decided that they're faded and tatty so they've gone.
