I have never tried it but I will be tomorrow. I am cooking a prawn and butternut squash risotto. Wish me luck

Risotto is yummy... always best to use arborio rice for the best results. Has that nice sticky texture.

Good luck Choccy Chick.  It's easy - just add the liquid a couple of spoonfulls at a time and keep stirring!
