Thanks guys. Had a great trip to Germany - I don't think anyone stopped laughing except possibly when asleep. Saw lots of interesting choc but didn't buy very much as I have two stone to lose before Christmas.....

Whereabouts in Germany did you go, GC? I was there in the summer and have good friends in the Cologne area.

I was on a mini-cruise on the Rhine. We went to Koblenz, Rudesheim and Cologne. I loved it, especially Rudesheim. Couldn't quite make it to the top of the cathedral in Cologne though!

Oh yes 623 there was pirates but GC is leaving that story for another time.

623 I've given this great thought and think it's better GC doesn't tell you about the pirates until you're 21.
