DIABETIC CHOCOLATE
« on: October 25, 2005, 02:49:02 pm »

Hello Choccy Chums,

I need some advice. My dad has just found out he has diabetes, and while he claims he doesn't like sweet things, a suspicious amount of chocolate gets past his lips. Does anyone know of any nice diabetic chocolate? Or is that a contradiction in terms?

Thorntons do a good range. So do Boots.

How did you find out your cat was diabetic? What were the signs?

He was very listless and lost a lot of weight.  He's fine now - back to his usual slightly overweight self.  I have to inject him twice a day though.

No, he only has to have tablets - hopefully he won't need injections.
