Fair play to Nestle for that (in my opinion) even though it is a thinly disguised attempt to appease the the bleedin heart liberals, do-gooders and hard left... though i personally wouldnt bother. Fair Trade stuff costs a bomb...

I buy a fairtrade coffee that tastes lovely. I drink decaf and they
dont use chemicals like the big companies do. It didnt cost me much
more than big brands either.

Fairtrade goods cost more because the people who grow the produce, the ones who put all the back-breaking effort in, get a fair wage for their efforts. Non-Fairtrade companies are practically slave traders.

Bleeding heart liberal, hard left supporter and do-gooder I am and proud to be.  But then -  a fair days pay for a fair days work is also a conservative value.
