Benyllin 4 Flu tablets are ace.

They do send you to sleep though-very, very drowsy-making.

I need to sleep as I keep waking up around 3.30am with a sore throat and a blocked nose. The last three nights I have got up, had a glass of lucozade and some jaffa cakes.

We have all had colds too.

Must be the cold wet weather after the relatively dry warm summer.

We've had colds too. And my husband went on a three-night camp at an archaeological dig and had to come home after the first night because of a stomach bug. He'd been looking forward to this trip for nearly a year!
