I loved this place 20yrs ago, great chats, big laughs, top folk. Occasionally I check in but it's sad to see. I don't use any social media & really miss forums, they were useful & informative.

Oh god, is this the new middle age gripe!? "The internet was way better in my day, everyone spoke on forums & used netscape discs as coasters"  ;D

about 3-4 years back the fella that worked in our staff canteen; a serious militant environmentalist, lost his job when he took a rolling pin to every Nestle product in the stock room, full on shouty breakdown infront of a lot of people.

Can hear echoes of laughter from the past. Hark! I hear Dr Mopp, Paulham, Lemoneye, Chocolate Chick, Scampycat, Dr Who, Klopek, the dreaded Sugar Stallion and.... who is that hearty chuckle - could it be... is it.... sure not... Sarahliz????

So true 2002-2007 this forum was buzzing, it makes me a bit sad seeing it like this; grrrrr damn you social media!
I have know idea if thats the reason but i like blaming social media for things.

Limited Edition Kit Kat Mocha bought today in Hastings. Coffee flavours surprisingly strong, really nice. Great to have a coffee bar out, even if it is limited

Mint ones great, CDM tastes as good as ever, but whats going on with all the odd shapes since the takeover? such as the CDM creations & now these. You used to break off a square of choc, now its a tetrical-dodeccahedroid; or something.

Ditch the waffty hazelnut one & get a Coffee creme puddles bar on the go please Mr Kraft; oh and mould it from Bourneville, not CDM; theres a good chap

It was nice that Linda Bellingham chose to go on her terms rather than drag on her treatment.

R.I.P. Jack Bruce, bassist/vocalist from Cream, died today age 71 :-(

I had a cherry ripe bar last week, first one ever. It was bought by a friend from one of these shops that sell overpriced imported foodstuffs. The shop was in Portsmouth and the bar was £2.
If I remember rightly the bar had a new Zealand distribution contact address.

Two new bars from Lindt turned up in Hastings Tesco this week. Sesame is ok, works quite well, but the lime is gorgeous, so flavoursome & zingy ;D
